You might end having to develop all the numbers yourself, as if this were a newly-completed aircraft. This could be pretty fun, and will help you get used to your new airplane. FAA Advisory Circular AC-90-89B ("Amateur-Built Aircraft and Ultralight Flight Testing Handbook") is a good guide.
