The webcams can only upload data so fast...A fast pan appears jerky and skips...even worse when zoomed in it is borderline nauseating.

The current Vintage cam rate is perfect !

If anyone is having trouble connecting to the WebCams...try turning OFF your Popup blocker.

You maybe running windows 8 But none the less, turn off your browser's pop up blocker. See if this helps. Worked for me.
