Wow! Talk about slow

It seems that it takes 30 seconds plus to get any kind of response here today. I input my login ID, it remembered my password, so I hit enter and the password immediately disappeared from its window but I saw no further response. So I went somewhere else, figuring that something had replaced my password but I wasn't going to hang around to try to troubleshoot it with such slow response. I actually went through this two or three times.

I finally got logged in because after entering the password I got distracted by something else and, by the time I got back to the keyboard I was just in time to see that I had actually logged in.

And getting into this piece of the forum also took 30+ secs. The slow response times have been happening a lot recently, though there are a few times when I see normal response times, but mostly it's glacial.

I just hope this post succeeds...

Same here. About 90% of the time I can't get the site to come up at all. And when it does, I have to log in again!

The forum must be single-site hosted; I'm seeing the same thing on the West Coast.
