The current weather.com forecast is for some rain or a thunderstorm most days of the convention. If you don't already have some good raingear, there's still time to get some. I have a set or two of Frogg Toggs in my backpack every day. I won't leave the motel without 'em.
Rain or shine our trams will run and my jokes are just as corny wet or dry - LOL

It wouldn't dare....
Prepare accordingly:
Rain gear of some type
Extra shoes
Lots of extra socks
If tent camping, ensure your clothes and anything else you don't want to get wet are stored in something waterproof. Under no circumstances should you count on your tent to keep stuff dry.
If you fly in consider placing boards under your wheels, have good tie downs, and don't forget gust locks
