I agree. His band is so good, and they play music from WWII on to modern music, something for everyone.

Last year, during a break in the band's performance, the vets from the Honor Flight all came in to generous applause. Then Gary asked every vet present to raise his/her hand to signify their veteran status. As I raised my hand, so did the young woman beside me. We looked at each other, clasped hands, and then hugged each other--a bonding of two people generations apart, but brought together by a strong commonality. As we looked at each other, there were tears in her eyes and in mine. It was an incredibly moving moment for both of us.

So yeah, bring the Lt. Dan Band back!
