Runway 18/36 operations: 126.6
Runway 9/27 operations 118.5
Airboss: 133.85
Note above are the arrival (tower) frequencies. The departure controllers sit on little platforms at the end of the runway called moocows and use the frequencies below:
Departures on 9/27; 128.75
Departures on 18/36 118.9
Departure ATIS: 121.75
Seaplane base 123.3
Arrival ATIS 125.9
FISK "Tracon" 120.7 (if you have transport, sitting out at FISK where they sort out the incoming arrivals is kind of neat).
This page is a few years old, but the frequency assignments don’t change much.

Just be sure if you have a transmitter that you don’t accidentally press the transmit button. The occurrences of accidental, or even malicious, transmissions seems to be becoming more frequent.
Great info guys, thanks very much for the details. And rest assured, it's a receiver only ! :-)

As Paul notes, frequency assignments don't change often, but they do change. The listed source from 2015 has former frequencies for Oshkosh Ground Control (now 132.3) and the Fond du Lac ATIS (now 121.1).
I just got back from SNF and it was awesome! When I was walking into the grounds I could hear the roar of aeroshell taking off and a blue angel arrived at the same time.... I shed a tear I was so happy. Most of the rules were adhered to and there was so much space, you could avoid the offenders. I am pumped for Airventure!
