Thanks To Whomever...

I'd like to say thanks to whomever the people are who came up with and implemented the ideas for the tram system, and the air-conditioned trailers with flush toilets and running water. Plus the addition of real bathrooms to two of the big exhibit hangars. Three of the not-directly-aviation-related things that EAA has done very, very well. As a veteran of almost every fly-in since 1970, I remember the days of walking miles in the hot sun and having to use portapotties whenever the need arose, and even though the portapotties are cleaned pretty regularly, well, they're still portapotties!

Also, thanks to the A & W people for again being willing and able to provide cups of ice for my sodas, which often haven't been in the cooler long enough to be really cold.

But...once again, no Eisenhower jackets! Wah!

My wife made a similar observation. This was her First Airventure and she was blown away by the large bathroom trailers!!!
