Modified O360A4K

Hello I was ofered an engine O360A4K modified to fuel injection serial is L32963-36A I was told it is new but a guy it has not finding proper documentation, how can I know about this engine?

You can't.
Even if it is for and Experimental you'll want to know who re-built it, what parts were replaced, etc.
With this engine in perticular I would want to know how the fuel injection system was installed and trimmed.
Without any reciepts or logs I would pay no more than it's worth as a core for rebuild.
