Manage Attachments window is broken

I am unable to attach files to a post - the manage attachments window tries to open but it is just a blank window

I haven't found the cause of the issue (though I'm seeing it as well), but I did just enable a workaround. Can you give it a try now and let me know?

Not working for me, at least the part that lets you enter a URL. Get a "Remote File is Too Large" warning, with a file size of 106K.

We recently upgraded to a new version of vBulletin, and some of our settings were reset to the defaults. In this case, the default attachment size for most files (except .PDF) is about 20k, so the error message is correct in that instance.

I've reset most of the settings to more reasonable values - let me know if there's something you want to attach that still triggers the error.
