    Another Good One Gone

    It's been a bad year; first Jimmy, then Howard, and now Bob Odegaard. All gentlemen and fine pilots who did so much for aviation.

    I can't think of much more to write, nothing of much substance is coming to mind, I mostly feel sort of numb.

    I couldn't believe the news when I saw it. I like many had seen him and the F2g 74 at oshkosh this year. Prayers go out to the family .

    I had the same terrible feeling when I found out about Gerry Beck.

    This absolutely sucks. Dammit!

    I got the chance to meet Bob a couple times, even went to his hangar in North Dakota and met his crew and his sons.
    He and his shop built many of the parts on the two Mustangs I worked with this.

    This really, really sucks. Ugh.
