When is the 2024 "Official Visitor Guide" available for download?

I expect the pdf file is not published yet, but anyone have any insights on when the 2024 version of the EAA AV Visitor guide might be made available? (Link to the 2023 version is below)

Is this available as a physical Guide at the show? Or is it download only?

Just got here this morning and I was given a physical copy of the document when I checked in for camping. I assume (we all know what that does) that it is distributed to all who camp at Scholler, but not sure. I just liked having the electronic copy a little ahead of time.

I picked up physical copies at a Red Barn store on Friday. Was not given them when we bought wristbands, maybe I should have asked.
