    Problem with Security

Some of the security stuff for the EAA Forums page has expired. Get a:

    Error code: SEC_ERROR_EXPIRED_CERTIFICATE

Can't open the Forums without bypassing browser security. Get the same result on my desktop, android phone, and Ipad.

If it were me, I'd use certbot to get a Let's Encrypt cert, and set up a cron job to auto-renew it. In fact, if someone from EAA wants to reach out I'll be happy to show them how or do it for them. This sort of thing is kind of what I've been doing for the past few decades.

Yep, I've got certbot / LetsEncrylt on almost all of my sites. It's free and works well.

Frankly VBulletin 4.x.x is full of security issues in general and isn't even supported anymore. I've converted my sites over to XenForo. I just finished converting PilotsOfAmerica over to XF2.

I didn't see this problem this morning, so perhaps they have it fixed.

And, right on queue, exactly one year later, the site's SSL certificate has expired again.

I will once again renew my offer to help fix this, gratis. I'd be happy to do it.

Yes, the same as last year at this time.
