Sad Solidworks connection to3DEXPERIENCE lost after latest update

New to forum. 3DConnect/3DEXPERIENCE user for 18 months. Following mandatory March update connection to 3DEXPERIENCE lost on one computer but update succeeded on second machine and local and cloud files are present and useable. On problem machine 3DCONNECT opens Solidworks and all local parts and assembly files are present but 3DEXPERIENCE does not load cloud files and does not indicate it is trying to connect (it did connect before update). Have contacted Solidworks makers support but did not get any useful help. Also poked around Solidworks dashboard but find it overwhelming and somewhat incomprehensible. My work experience was on SolidEdge in the 90 and early 2000s - no big brother was involved. I am not dead in water since I have a working computer but it does not have the RAM capacity of the problem machine which slows things down a bit. Hoping problem easily resolved by more youthful experienced user.

did you ever sort this out? Looks like it's been a couple of months. My first guess is that you somehow have that problem machien in offline mode.

Sad Solidworks does not connect to collaborative spaces

I have not resolved this issue but have focused in on what may be the basic issue. When I open 3Dconnect it cannot find my collaborative spaces even though they do exist. After a lengthy search a dialog box appears that says "SOLIDWORKS is connected to your 3DEXPERIENCE platform" and displays file or folder: "0100007874(cbumpurs)" but the collaborative space never appears at the top right of the Solidworks screen. This file might be a problem as it appears in 2 places on my computer, once on my C drive as a file and contains what appears to be all of my parts files - it also shows up as a folder named "3DEXPERIENCE Drive BUMPURS" and shows to be EMPTY. If this is an issue I don't know how to correct it. Another anomaly is that my collaborative spaces were both assigned "Private Visability" - I was able to change "Carl Files" to Public but unable to change "Common Space"

I have spent untold hours on the Solidworks Platform and Youtube seeking solutions, most were incomprehensible or did not work. No telling what I have screwed up in the process. Any suggestions you have most appreciated.
