    C-65 Engine Mount for J3

Having issues making an engine mount in SW.

Can't figure out how to run the tubes and make them mate correctly.

When I made the WAR FW-190 mount, I found it easier to add sketch planes instead of 3D-sketches. You will have to define points where all tubes meet, define planes through the points and draw sketches with lines on these planes. Then you can use Weldments to place and trim tubes. You will probably have to define seamless tube sections if you use weldments.

I made these mounts for O-320 and O-360 Dynafocal with Catia about ten years ago.

You have the mount T's, use a 3-D sketch in space for use in creating extrudes.
Roll back the feature tree, show the planes and sketches and 3-D sketch to understand the process. Hope that helps; just continue using the same process, and use 'feature scope' selections.
