Best Factory Outlet - between Ohare and Oshkosh

Hi, a little off topic but seeing as I am flying in to Chicago and driving to Oshkosh, can anyone recommend what the best factory outlet would be somewhere on that route?

There is one right across the street from the EAA grounds. Not sure what "best" means as they are all the same to me.

I got turned off on 'Outlet Malls' once I learned they often are selling lower quality items NOT sold in their normal brick and mortar stores. I used to think they were places that sold excess/unsold standard inventory items.

You'll see a big factory outlet mall in Pleasant Prairie, right after your cross into Wisconsin.
