I sent an email with feedback a couple of days ago and just received a nice response from Dick. I really appreciated the personal response instead of a robot saying thanks for your input. I'm sure he's spending hours in front of a computer dealing with all the feedback, but personal responses give the impression that EAA is still at least partially a people organization instead of a growing corporate monolith.
