Runway 18/36 operations: 126.6
Runway 9/27 operations 118.5
Airboss: 133.85
Note above are the arrival (tower) frequencies. The departure controllers sit on little platforms at the end of the runway called moocows and use the frequencies below:
Departures on 9/27; 128.75
Departures on 18/36 118.9
Departure ATIS: 121.75
Seaplane base 123.3
Arrival ATIS 125.9
FISK "Tracon" 120.7 (if you have transport, sitting out at FISK where they sort out the incoming arrivals is kind of neat).
This page is a few years old, but the frequency assignments don’t change much.

Just be sure if you have a transmitter that you don’t accidentally press the transmit button. The occurrences of accidental, or even malicious, transmissions seems to be becoming more frequent.
Great info guys, thanks very much for the details. And rest assured, it's a receiver only ! :-)
As Paul notes, frequency assignments don't change often, but they do change. The listed source from 2015 has former frequencies for Oshkosh Ground Control (now 132.3) and the Fond du Lac ATIS (now 121.1).
I just got back from SNF and it was awesome! When I was walking into the grounds I could hear the roar of aeroshell taking off and a blue angel arrived at the same time.... I shed a tear I was so happy. Most of the rules were adhered to and there was so much space, you could avoid the offenders. I am pumped for Airventure!

Hiya all. Another question...Does anybody know / have a heads-up if the EAA Airventure Oshkosh app is going to be released for this years event ?
Thanks for the update Sam, much appreciated !
AV NOTAM is up, so you can get all the current frequencies there. Some new information for the Fisk approach.
Is Wisconsin open for this event now? Or is it just a "hope it will in July"?
We drove up to Wisconsin on Tuesday. Despite the fact we hit snow in east central Illinois and didn’t drive out of it until Madison and then got more on Wednesday, yes. Went out for fish fry dinner and the place was packed. A lot of the summer events are currently planned to be on.
My concern is Washington is in level 3 which allows outdoor events only up to 400. https://coronavirus.wa.gov/what-you-...art/whats-open
I figured Wisconsin was a similar blue state with similar mandates.
So what level is Wisconsin?
Not concerned about the mask mandate. I am asking about event numbers. The Sun n Fun leader said they had a limit of 30,000.
Regardless of what was said, written, or inferred, I was there and crowds were way bigger than 30000 and mask usage was minimal. The only time I personally wore a mask was when I was volunteering in the kitchen. They sorta tried to enforce mask usage in the vendor hangars but it was a futile attempt. There was never a Florida State mandate on masks usage anyway, just local municipalities and counties, and even then enforcement was haphazard and the rules varied significantly from county to county.
Video interview with John (Lites) Lienhouts before the event. It might have been a self-imposed limit.
Washington is in "fourth" wave now and put three counties back to level one restrictions.
It's looking like Arlington is unlikely at current level three: https://www.arlingtonflyin.org/
Thanks, guys. I was there Monday through Saturday, and have the same observation about masks, social distancing, use of hand sanitizers, etc. FWIW, I haven’t found much credibility in anything that the Sun n Fun leadership has said since Billy retired.
I did have a great time, and am looking forward to Oshkosh. Might even go to airventure while there.

It looks like cases are now slowing in Wisconsin. With no outdoor mandates shouldn't be a problem.
I see Matt Younkin had an incident today with some pretty bad damage to the Twin Beech. (Landed with left gear retracted). I wonder if they will get it back in the air for Airventure, he is involved so much in the daily airshows.
Edit - No injuries from the incident before someone asks.
