Oh, Chrome version 39.0.2171.95 on a MacBook Pro iOS 10.9.5
Using firefox and I get the same screen you post. The site must have been hacked.
Probably not hacked, just broken. Newtonsoft is a pretty popular adjunct to windows servers. It appears the disk just filled up for some reason to the point where the software can't run correctly anymore. Give them some time to get back from the holiday weekend to fix it.

I'm not convinced that that article describes the problem the site is seeing.
One of our servers is having an issue that's affected EAAVideo.org and one or two other services - our IT folks are looking into it now.
Looks like it is up tonight, thanks to Hal and the (much less dashing but still important) IT folks.
