Test on Deciphering METARs and TAFs

I was looking at some METARs and TAFs lately and have seen some unusual codes in the remarks on the METARs lately that confused me and took me some time to decipher. I thought it would be a good challenge/review for anyone else.

I know most is straight forward, and I would expect most (if not all) pilots to decipher the basic report and forecast, but I am mostly challenging you on the remarks section of the METAR. I'll post more when I get a chance.
