AirVenture Today - PDF not available

Does anyone know why the AirVenture Today publications for 7/23 and 7/27 and cannot be downloaded? (I can view them on issuu.com but if I wanted them downloaded as a PDF for my tablet those two days, I don't have the option to save them for offline access.)

The other dates were fine for some reason. Is it just a 'glitch' or are there copyright concerns for those two dates?
