MDW to OSH July 23

Now that ride share page is gone it's a bit harder to make this work

I am flying into MDW and arriving at 1:25 pm on July 23. My ride decided to go a day later so trying to figure out plan B. I called the only shuttle I could find and they want $699......

So anyone heading that way? Thanks! Will help with costs of course
