Hiscocks "Design of light aircraft" Chapter 5

"Design of light aircraft" from Richard Hiscocks can be an entry to design tail and have
loads on it. I worked chapter 5 on flight envelope quite hard on an own design
until I made a spreadsheet (GoogleSheet) and had the idea to share it with the book
design example (that is a Murphy Rebel ancestor) that could help in finding
bugs with my own numbers.

I put a summary on the ExcelSheet (made with GoogleSheet). There are discrepancy with book number. You can enjoy finding why with the text (I didn't found myself).
