Also during the show, they re-created Operation Little Vittles, dropping candy to the kids at the fly-in, using homemade parachutes....

Awesome shots Ron! I showed these to my Dad and it made his day:)He’s typed on the Gooney and misses flying it! He flew Charter out of MSP in the 70’s for an operation that took fisherman from MSP up to Lindbergh’s Lodge on Raindeer Lake in Canada. Lots of great stories! Thanks for posting these!
