I wish I could say I had received it.
I read these reports by people who gush on about the terrific support they have received from kit manufactures and I cant say I have had that experience.
One prominent manufacture wont respond when I call leaving a message, twice now (they don't have a human on first contact). I feel like pretty woman, I've got all this money to spend.
I have been the recipient of rude comments from one engine builder.
On the whole I can't say my experience with the industry has been overwhelmingly positive.
I know there are a lot of us and only a few of them and my questions probably sound stupid to them, but not to me.
I am in the retail industry, my own, and I have a pretty keen sense of good service. I have never treated a customer that way, despite some of them deserving it.
I am quite certain that every customer that leaves my hardware has got the best I have to give.
Just sayin,,,,
