Mechanix Illustrated Baby Ace plans

This question may have been answered here before, if so I apologise. I have copies of SA that has the MI Baby Ace plans. The plans are incomplete, so assuming I could fill in the blanks, is it legitimate to use those plans to build from? In other words, who currently owns the rights to this design?
