David Thatcher's son has posted on Facebook that his father suffered a stroke this afternoon, is not doing well, and is on hospice care at this time. Thatcher is one of only two remaining Doolittle Raiders, the other being Dick Cole. Both men have been to Oshkosh several times. Just thought people might want to know.
