I am building a double eagle and cannot decide which welding rod to use. I am gas welding. I watched the eaa video on welding rod but don't know which one to use. RG-45 looks like the correct rod. Help please.

RG-45 is typically considered the "standard" unless the plans call for something specific. This is not to say you could not use RG-60 or RG-65 for the entire structure, however it would be overkill unless the specific joint requires it, and offer no benefit.
