Has anyone seen a coupler that joins AN3 and AN4 (bolt) threads?

Female 1/4 (AN4) to Female 10-32 (AN3)

I can always make one, but I'd prefer a steel prefabricated component in this case.

Reason: I have AN3 parts for my autopilot servos, and my push-pull bar has a AN4 cross-bolt, and I strongly prefer to connect to that point and not attach to the bar indirectly. Hence, I have an AN4 rod-end bearing on the cross-bolt, and an AN3 rod-end bearing on the servo. An alternative is to use a rod-end bearing with a 1/4" (AN4) bore and a 10-32 (AN3) thread (but Spruce tells me it does not exist, and I have not located one).

Open to ideas.

Seems to me you are looking for a pair of Heim Joints (rod end bearings), both with 1/4-28 threads, and one with a 1/4" bore and the other for a 3/16" bore. In the Aircraft Spruce catalog, that would be part numbers F44-14M for the 1/4-1/4 Heim Joint ($89.75) and F35-14M for the 1/4-3/16 Heim Joint ($19.50). In stock at both East and West locations. Then you only need a 10-28 threaded rod (and lock nuts) to go between them.

Good pointer - thanks! Only change I made was using F34-14M instead of F35-14M (which has .3125-24 threading instead of .2500-28).

Update: Worked like a champ. Thanks to cub builder (http://eaaforums.org/member.php?2747-cub-builder)
