I have recently purchased a Pitts S-1S that I am going to be re-covering and painting. This is my first time doing this so I have lots to learn. Currently the wings don't have any inspection panels on the top wing. This seems pretty odd to me, but my Pitts experience has been with an S-2. Can anyone tell me if I should install inspection panels?
