Hangar For Sale with a studio apartment ?

Anyone know of a hangar For Sale with a studio apartment. The plane needs minor repairs, updating, inspection, a new Air Worthiness Certificate and 40 hours. So, the airport needs to be experimental friendly and near my home in the Pasadena, CA area … Any leads would be greatly appreciated.
