Firewall material for pusher

I am finishing up a nearly 30 year old kit of a Falcon XP. It is a 503 powered pusher tandem seat canard. The kit came with aluminum sheet for the
passenger seatback/firewall. Do I have to change this to stainless to get my Airworthiness Certificate?

You probably don't "have" to change it, but if you want any kind of fire protection, you might "want" to change it.
