Hello. Hubby and I will be doing our very first AirVenture this year. We were planning on driving in and parking each day but now we're thinking it might be better to take the shuttle, especially when we're tired at the end of the day. We'll be staying at the Ramada on Federated Drive in Appleton and from the looks of the 2013 shuttle schedules I found (Nationwide Travelers and Lamers), they don't pick up near the Ramada. Does anyone know if it's "safe" to park at one of the other hotels or restaurants where they pick up? By "safe," I mean that the hotel/restaurant is aware, and is ok with, people parking there for the shuttle so we can leave our car there without worrying that it'll be towed and be car-less at the end of the day. We booked super early so we've locked in a great rate at the Ramada so changing hotel is not an option - we'll end up paying double if we do, so we'd rather just drive if we have to.
