If we all didn't get along, this would have to go to the People's Court - Tom (hangar next to me) needed an oil filter. Travis (hangar down across from me) loaned him one. Tom order 2 filters - to replace Travis' and to have a spare - but he orders 108's instead of 110's. I use 108's so he gave them to me. Travis's oil change comes due - but he has no filter. Mike (IA across from me) is looking for a 108 and he has a 110 to trade. I trade the 108 for the 110 which I give to Travis. My Apache's oil change will be due in a couple of months. Does this still happen at other airports?

You bet it does and it isn't limited to oil filters or other parts. Sometimes it's whole airplanes.
