OK, I know I have seen an old-fashioned looking, homebuilt, high-wing ultralight (probably a single-seat European microlight, to be exact) that looked like a powered version of an old primary glider. IIRC, it was wire-braced, with a fabric-covered triangular kingpost above the center section for the landing wires and a completely exposed, Breezy-style open cockpit. I think it was German. Does that ring a bell with anyone?

Thanks, but no, nothing like that, more like the marriage between a primary glider and a Breezy.

Cessna did a primary (CG-2) and at one time Eldon (Clyde's son) put a motor on it. I have never seen anything like this at Oshkosh, though. I am curious to know more, though. Sounds cool!
