Vintage A/C Grass Runway

I've looked all over the AirVenture site and even emailed EAA, with no response. Does anyone know if the grass runway for vintage aircraft that was south of 36R will be open this year. We have a Pietenpol in our group with a tailskid that would prefer that over pavement. The 2012 briefing paper on it is still available online but no mention as to whether it's applicable to 2013.

In a briefing of the volunteer chairmen, we were told there would NOT be a grass runway available for AirVenture 2013.
