Hi all - I've been restoring a 1951 Super Chipmunk for the past 3 years. I posted about it a couple of years ago but it has progressed a good bit since then. I've enjoyed reading people's building and restoration logs (and learned plenty that I've been able to apply to my own project) so figured I'd reciprocate. The airplane has an unusual history in the UK, Australia and US as a trainer, crop duster, glider tug and airshow performer. I've pretty much stripped it down, and the major pieces are now going back together.
