Wanted: Plans for home built power tow

I need a power tow unit for a Cessna single and would like to build my own. Does anyone know of plans for these?

I've had one "in the works" for a few years, but can't seem to find time and motive to finish it. It is a tailwheel tug, using a Harborfreight Tools wheel with a bicycle sprocket added on. I planned to use a Ford pickup truck windshield wiper motor to power it and a lawn tractor-size battery. The handle and frame are off an old dolly that had a trailer hitch ball on top to manually move a boat trailer around.
