Unable to connect this morning... made several failed attemps in the last 20 minutes or so. Needing to find some information... any word on the expected down time?

There was a major outage with our service provider early this morning - all I know at this point is that they were notified at about 4:30 AM and are working on it. If there's anything I can help you with in the meantime, let me know.
