I just received some Desser Monster retreads to replace the original Van's supplied 5.00-5s and before heading to the hangar today, I figured I'd check the EAA Homebuilder Hints videos to see if there was any guidance that might make me smarter.
As luck would have it, EAA just recently put up Joe Norris' wheel & tire seminar (http://www.eaavideo.org/video.aspx?v=1967222618001) from last year's Oshkosh. It was fabulous and Joe is really a great presenter.
I just wanted to say thanks to Joe and EAA for this great service and to let him know there's at least one guy out in flyover country who got smarter to thanks to him.
BTW, I'd like to find that little gizmo he used at the beginning of the presentation, but when I search tire multi-tool, I don't see what looks like what he used.
