"Red Tails" Wins

Red Tails just won Best Motion Picture tonight at the 2013 NAACP Image Awards beating out Tarrantino's Django Unchained! Good for them.

There were many things that I did not like about "Red Tails." Despite those things, which were almost all technical in nature, the story line is inspiring and sets a positive image for ANY young man to learn from and try to emulate. Listening to the Red tails veterans at AirVenture this year was even more inspiring. That movie Red Tails would even be considered in the same category as any Tarrantino film is disturbing -- especially in anything to do with setting a positive image. That Red Tails won shows that common sense will still sometimes prevail.
