I have what I think is a new (NOS) CECO carburetor model 1900CPB-3. I think it came from an early Rolls Merlin. I also have a set of BTH magnetos from that same early Merlin. While I was an Unlimited Hydroplane mechanic in the 70's/80's, I really don't know what these things are worth. The mags are not as popular as the Rotax units but I think the carb was used on other engines. Pictures available if interested. Thanks, C.
