Word is that Louie Andrew (EAA Chairman of the Board, VP of EAA, and Chairman of the Executive Committee) has resigned. Anyone know why, truthfully and not the EAA truth?

Mr. Andrew has been a member of the board for 26 years. Enough commitment by most standards.
