Classic small town speed traps on Hwy 23, southwest of Oshkosh

On Saturday, both Ripon and Rosendale had police cars stationed just inside their city limits on westbound Highway 23 to catch cars heading out of town. I normally drive northwest out of Oshkosh rather than southwest and haven't noticed speed traps in previous years. FWIW.

Those speed traps are there year-round, especially in Rosendale.
