How to insert the aircraft design in CAD to X-Plane?

I have make an aircraft design in a CAD software, and then I Want to try it or test flight in X-Plane. Anyone knows how to insert the aircraft design in CAD to X-Plane software for test flight. I use an Autocad Software for drawing, thanks for your help
