So EAA is looking for a p r man for new president Rod Hightower.

I think I've got the perfect guy or guys, one who knows a least a little about aviation, and who has exibited almost superhuman persistence, and great creativity over the last 24 years,and above all else one who knows how to get in the headlines and stay there,and who never let boring facts get in the way of a good story.

Who else but Mr. Gillespie and Tighar!

That would be a major step down for him. Besides, Gillespie always wants to be totally in charge and EAA could not afford him. With all it's important accountabilities, required skillsets and attendant profile, that Communications Specialist role I'll bet doesn't pay more than $40K a year(a big corp would pay 90-120K for the equivalent). Significant value placed on Rod's press secretary/propaganda bagman, not so much on person doing it!!
