Deburring 4130 sheet

Looking for best method to smooth edge of 4130 sheet where it has been sheared? Does scotch-brite wheel work on 4130 very well?

Never worked for me. Try a fine cut file.

A mill file held at 20 deg's and pushed the length, not up and down, will give a slightly beveled clean edge. Have something handy that the file can be knocked on after each stroke, the file must be clean or a messed up edge will result if chips are present.
