Does anyone have experience with these engines either good or bad? Fuel economy, maintenance, reliability versus the high HP piston engines. Thanks....

Yes, John Cook does. He is in Deland Fl. and is the "Go to" man on the D model Walter. He has one in his Lancair 4P but I forgot the N number.
