Not sure about plans but Juan Jiménez probably has the largest compilation of BD-5 material and links on the web. His website is http://www.bd5.com/bd5.htm

I'm a member of Chapter 563 in Peoria, IL and we did build a BD-5 and donated it to a local museum. We still have the plans and several hardware items. We did not install the gear so we have the nose gear and several instruments. I know the Chapter would like to get rid of the stuff if you are interested.
