1. It is a FANTASTIC service for folks in need. I own and bring my own every year to get around the massive grounds, but being able to rent one doubtless helps a lot of people.
2. The company 'may' already do this, but since common sense is no longer 'common', users need to be instructed to stay away from the center of the already crowded streets and to travel in single file on the shoulders instead. I worked the trams for 9 days. You do NOT want to know how many collisions we skillfully avoid each year. I too am a mobility limited geezer, but still have old-fashioned courtesy and street awareness.
