Help! Shuttle from Madison to AirVenture

Thanks to all the travel issues from Crowdstrike all of our travel plans were messed up. We are now flying into Madison on Sunday but need a way to get to AirVenture. No rental cars are available. If anyone has any suggestions we would appreciate it.
